Re-Elect LISA ANDERL

I’ve been honored to serve on the Council for nearly seven years. My highest priorities over the next four years include:

1. Quality of life on Mercer Island, including public safety and parks.
2. Maintaining desired levels of service while operating within our budget.
3. Critical infrastructure issues, including City buildings, water and sewer systems.

Here are my promises to you:

• In the next term I will continue to press for efficiency in the way our city is run, and prioritize prudent and necessary expenditures for future generations.
• I will continue to advocate for our community’s needs, as I did when I voted to maintain funding for school counselors.
• I will prioritize public safety to preserve our safe and welcoming community, and the respite it provides.
• I will also prioritize the preservation and maintenance of our priceless parks as I did when I pressed to create a separate zoning designation for parkland and open space.

I have lived here on Mercer Island for 25+ years. I love this community. I will work hard for you to keep it good and make it better!
